Few men play the blues with more soul than Billy Gibbons. A pioneer in both technique and tone, Gibbons was one of my earliest influences as what I wanted to be able to do on the guitar one day. Each note of this solo says something, and the last third of the solo, although repetitive, is one of the most technically demanding passages to play convincingly. Billy Gibbons might also be the most instantly recognizable face in rock n' roll.
